Kazakhstan, U.S. expand trade and economic cooperation

Trade and investment relations between Kazakhstan and the U.S. demonstrate steady momentum and may gain new impetus. Experts note that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s talks with representatives of American business in Washington contribute to strengthening bilateral economic cooperation. According to analysts, Kazakhstan’s international engagement goes beyond promoting peace initiatives. The country consistently protects its national interests and reinforces its foreign policy standing. Key priorities include deepening economic integration, developing transport and logistics routes, and implementing joint investment projects.

«The meetings with representatives of the U.S. business community will undoubtedly further strengthen and expand trade and investment ties between Kazakhstan and the U.S. In this context, it can be said that such visits will constantly contribute to the development of Kazakhstan’s trade and economic relations with other countries,» noted Yerbulat Seilekhanov, Chief Researcher at the International Security Department, KazISS.
