Foreign media continue to
publish reviews and analytical articles on the reforms initiated by Kazakh
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the National Kurultai. Belsat notes that the
modernization of the country’s political system is aimed at enhancing
government accountability and improving the effectiveness of parliamentary
institutions. According to the Belarusian outlet, the reforms proposed by the
Head of State reflect Kazakhstan’s clear intention to build a more balanced
model of governance.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s
MENAFN focuses on the practical dimension of the presidential initiatives. The
publication highlights President Tokayev’s call for the accelerated
implementation of key energy projects, describing them as critically important
for ensuring the stability of the national power system. These projects include
the construction of new thermal power plants in Kokshetau, Semei, and Oskemen,
the completion of the power plant in Kurchatov, as well as the expansion and
commissioning of new generating capacities at the Ekibastuz GRES facilities.
Analysts say this approach demonstrates that the reforms are aimed not only at
political transformation, but also at delivering tangible socio-economic
results.
