Kazakh President receives Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva who reported on the key areas of implementing state social policy, including measures to strengthen interdepartmental cooperation, improve the quality of services, develop human capital, and advance digitalization in this sphere. She also briefed the Head of State on work in the fields of culture and information, religion and interethnic relations, civil society, as well as family and youth policy. The President instructed that these areas continue to be further developed.


Kassym-Jomart Tokayev gives instructions to Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Svetlana Zhakupova reported to the Head of State on the implementation of key areas of state policy in the social and labor sphere. She noted that over the past five years, 2.7 million people have been employed in the country. Regional employment maps and annual KPIs for creating quality jobs are currently being implemented. She also highlighted that active work is underway to introduce a unified digital platform for the provision of public services. This platform will ensure a targeted approach and maximize efficiency in delivering support measures to citizens. President Tokayev instructed that the quality of employment be improved, the digitalization of social support processes be further advanced, and the pension system and migration policy be enhanced.
