Starting in February, Kazakh citizens will be able to request certificates, register businesses, and apply for benefits through a single chat interface. The new AI platform, AlemGPT, allows users to describe their situation, and then automatically recommends the appropriate services, guiding them through the entire process online. The AI assistant will also be available in the eGov Mobile app, providing access to services anytime, anywhere. Eventually, all Public Service Centers in the country will be transformed into digital offices with self-service computers and terminals, where staff will offer support and guidance—similar to the service areas in Apple Stores.
«Over 50 AI agents have already been deployed, serving both government agencies and citizens. We are steadily moving beyond just consultations—such as those provided through eGov’s consultation features—toward delivering services directly via AI assistants and chatbots that offer real-time support,» said Rostislav Konyashkin, Kazakh First Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development.
