A new season of the free educational project IT-Aiel is launching in Kazakhstan. The program aims to develop digital skills and is designed for mothers with many children, women on maternity leave, and rural youth. The training will last three months. The program includes both online classes and in-person training sessions in the regions. The project has been running since 2023, and during this time more than 21,000 women in Kazakhstan have completed the training. Last year, over 4,500 participants completed the courses, and one-third of them were able to start their own businesses after graduation. This year, the program has been updated and now consists of three educational modules. The first one focuses on financial literacy using AI tools. Participants are taught how to properly keep tax records, work as self-employed individuals, and monetize their skills. Another module is dedicated to e-commerce development. Participants will learn how to launch online sales and work on marketplaces. The third module focuses on developing digital competencies, including creating mobile applications using AI, as well as producing video content based on AI technologies.
«We have introduced two new professions. The first is vibe coding, that is, using digital platforms and AI, we will teach participants how to create their own mobile applications and websites, as well as develop their own digital products. The second is AI video creator. As you know, AI-generated videos are currently very popular. We will teach participants how to produce such videos. This will be especially useful for those working in digital marketing, including SMM specialists, journalists, and educators,» noted Aziza Shuzheyeva, Chair of the Non-Profit Organization TechnoWomen.
