The National Kurultai (Congress) is a key public platform initiated by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. As noted by Aibek Dadebay, Head of the Presidential Administration, a wide range of important issues for Kazakh society are discussed at these meetings. Topics include the development of the cultural and spiritual sphere, science and education, domestic policy, and economic and social matters. According to Dadebay, all directives from the Head of State, expressed during the fourth meeting of the National Kurultai in Burabai, have been placed under special monitoring by the Presidential Administration.
«In his speech, the President also outlined his vision for
the long-term development of Kazakhstan. The Head of State issued specific
instructions for further developing human potential and for implementing major
infrastructure, transportation, and energy projects, as well as initiatives in
the agro-industrial sector, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. A
significant and important task lies ahead for the government, in cooperation
with Parliament and with the active involvement of the public and the expert
community,» Dadebay said.
