Kazakhstan to launch AlemGPT platform in February

The launch of the AI platform AlemGPT in Kazakhstan is scheduled for February, with key government services to be connected in phases. The multi-agent system is currently undergoing testing. The platform is intended to provide citizens and businesses with end-to-end government services through a single interface. According to specialists from National Information Technologies, AlemGPT will operate using the resources of the Alem.Cloud supercomputer, which was launched last summer. The chatbot will guide users through every step in a conversational format—from the initial request to the final outcome. Users simply describe their situation in text, and AlemGPT will then identify the relevant services and assist in obtaining the required documents online. To support this functionality, the system will integrate a unified database compiled from contact center and Public Service Center data. In addition, the platform is connected to a domestic language model, enabling it to recognize and process requests in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

«AlemGPT is built on an AI agent platform that allows the integration of various language models. We have currently connected our national language model, which we are training and developing while rolling out the first government services. The system also includes a knowledge base that we have been compiling for years, based on data from contact centers and Public Service Centers, which will be used to provide government services as well as consultation support,» said Kuandyk Zhailashev, Director of a Department, National Information Technologies JSC.
