The organizers and contestants of the prestigious international vocal competition Silk Way Star were awarded on behalf of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The awards were solemnly presented by State Counsellor Erlan Karin at the Akorda residence. The winner of the project, Michelle Joseph from Mongolia, was awarded the Dostyk Order of the second degree for her significant achievements in musical art and her contribution to strengthening friendship between nations. Several other participants and organizers of the project also received recognition from the Head of State. Erlan Karin expressed gratitude to the Kazakh President’s TV and Radio Complex and to China Media Group, and emphasized that the competition succeeded as an international project, further strengthening friendship among the countries of the region and showcasing the shared traditions and values of our peoples.

countries, and global online views have surpassed 300
million.
